Job Description
-Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings
Preparation of annual statutory accounts, filing of tax returns and all other financial compliance obligations.
-Participate with the accounting manager in coordinate with various taxation authorities.
-The ability to prepare the necessary tax examinations (Income - value added - work earning) and prepare the documents required for examination work.
-Identify legal tax savings and recommend ways to improve profits.
-Advise management about the impact of tax liabilities and corporate strategies or new tax laws.
-Responsible for daily finance operations including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, banking matters etc.
-Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
-Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
-Reviewing the Portal E-invoice Issued and received invoices.
-Review and process expense reports.
-Reconciling petty cash.
-Follow up the work of settlements and replacements of the covenant on system and advances.
-Participate in updating financial data in ERP databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
-Support in preparation of monthly financial statements.
-Support in the closing of FS yearly with the external auditor.
-Apply HSE Regulations.
Job Requirements
-Academic and professional qualification, (IFRS)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
- 5-7 Years of experience in accounting
- Must Have experience in Manufacturing industry
-English Proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ).
- Background ERP System
