Senior Team Lead, Operations

Our client, a leading logistics company located in the East, is looking for an experienced Senior Team Lead, Operations to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:45pm

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, workplace safety regulations, and 5S standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Identify and drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Support project implementation and operational initiatives.
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan manpower requirements, staff deployment, work schedules, training, and leave administration.
• Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates to management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboard reporting tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and process mapping.
