Job Description

Job Objective

The Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and hiring top tech talent to support our company's growth and innovation and should have a deep understanding of the tech industry, exceptional sourcing skills, and a proven track record in recruiting for a variety of technical roles.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (Including But Not Limited To)

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier tech talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing to identify qualified
  • candidates.
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offering.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs/manpower planning by department

Candidate Management

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate selection.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to inform recruiting strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the tech industry landscape.
  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills with experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tech-specific platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Minimum Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on tech recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various technical roles
