- should have the 10+ years experience in Wealth & Equity Brokerage Domain in
Banking.
- Manage the production systems within IT for TEC-Digital Banking Platforms
solutions.
- Associate should have the experience in Advent tools like ( APX, Tradex,
Syncova, Advnet Investrack, Reachout)
- Associate should have the experience in TradeNet and corebanking systems
(ETHIX)
- Associate should have experience in DB's like SQL Server,Oracle, PL
SQL,Postgres DB
- Associate should have the experience in Java, WebLogic.
- Experience in JIRA, CONFULANCE and Business Acumen
- Articulate and document business requirements for projects, change requests
etc.
- Provide business with required technical support, assessments, and reports.
- Propose technical recommendations and improvements.
- Closely monitor the incidents tickets and problem tickets and close them before
the breach of SLA.
- Understand the latest technology trends and provide improvement suggestion in
the products.
- Clear understanding of data, extractions, APIs on systems such as APC, Tradex,
Inevestrack, Syncova etc.
- Provide periodic reports and monthly updates on the ongoing initiatives to
business and PMO.
- Follow-up with service teams/vendors for support issues and respond quickly to
service tickets in a timely manner.
- Support go-live and post go-live activities for projects and any releases to
production.
