Senior Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, design packages, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with project requirements and authority regulations.
• Support authority submissions and approval processes.
• Assist in the development of designs through Tender Documentation.

Key Requirement

• sBachelor's Degree in Architecture
• .Minimum 8 years of architectural experience
• .Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
• .Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or healthcare projects
• .Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is required
