Talents Tide is looking for an experienced Senior Architect on behalf of our client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong contracting experience, excellent coordination skills, and in-depth knowledge of UAE regulations and codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical architectural support across all project stages
- Review and coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC, and contract documents
- Review and manage subcontractors shop drawings and material submittals
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and green building codes
- Coordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines
- Resolve design and technical issues prior to construction
- Lead and manage architects, engineers, and draftsmen
- Coordinate engineering works with all subcontractors
- Prepare and manage shop drawing registers and material submittal logs
- Support QS / Commercial team with design changes and variations
- Ensure contractual compliance and sound technical coordination
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of contracting experience
- UAE experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and green building codes
- Proven experience in shop drawings and material submittals
- Strong contractual and coordination skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of BIM / Revit is required
