Senior Technical Architect

Oversee all technical aspects of projects across Schematic, Detailed, and IFC stages.

Manage and mentor architects, and technical staff to ensure accuracy and quality.

Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver fully coordinated design packages.

Review and validate drawings, specifications, and BOQs for compliance with codes and project scope.

Organize and lead technical coordination meetings and interdisciplinary workshops.

Monitor deliverables, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
