Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technical Architect located in Cairo. The Senior Technical Architect will be responsible for leading the development and reviewing of technical drawings, shop drawings, and detailed design packages. The role includes coordination with design and site teams, ensuring technical compliance with project specifications and local regulations, managing BIM processes, and overseeing the implementation of architectural details on site. The candidate will provide technical leadership to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate should have 35 years of relevant experience in technical architectural roles, with strong expertise in detailing, coordination .

Qualifications

• Works in close collaboration with the site team and design team to implement procedure for the production, approval, and distribution of technical drawings ,3D detailed models and other technical specifications.
• Good experience in technical drawing for the interior finishes of residential, commercial and administrative buildings .
• Updating Revit models through different stages. LOD (200), LOD (350) .
• Reviewing specifications, B.O. Qs, and project documents .
• Ensure the compatibility between AutoCAD drawing prepared and their implementation on site.
• Perform QA on model deliverables to ensure compliance with owners BIM standers.
• Ensure that all data, drawings and models are prepared and issued on time AutoCAD and Revit proficiency.
