Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Technical Architect position based on-site in Egypt. The Senior Technical Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions, overseeing software development, and ensuring seamless system integration. This role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop enterprise-level architecture and aligning technical designs with business objectives. Additionally, the role involves creating scalable and efficient solutions and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of complete architectural technical packages, including authority submission drawings and licensing requirements
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, tender packages, and construction documentation
• Develop and coordinate interior design drawings and detailed fit-out packages
• Ensure full coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Review and validate shop drawings, materials, and technical submittals
• Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance and approvals
• Oversee project documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to timelines
• Support site teams with technical solutions and resolve design-related issues during construction
• Maintain high standards in detailing, specifications, and overall project delivery
