Are you an experienced technical professional with a strong background in CT and X-ray medical imaging systems We're looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to join our team and play a key role in providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical expert for complex CT and X-ray system issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Develop, improve, and recommend maintenance concepts and strategies for specialized medical imaging equipment.
- Define functional requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Mentor and support junior engineers by actively sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure service quality through established processes and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Significant professional experience in servicing and supporting CT and X-ray imaging systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in advanced troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
- Solid understanding of maintenance processes, quality standards, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
