We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Senior Technical ConsultantProfessional (Acting as team lead) to work on our Consulting Services Team supporting and implementing Alnafitha's Cloud and infrastructure Solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead Consulting Engagements: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects related to Infra and cloud solutions (Active Directory , Domain services) and Cloud technologies (AZURE , OCI and AWS Services IAAS PAAS).
- Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement comprehensive Microsoft solutions to enhance collaboration, productivity, and security for clients.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, provide expert advice, and develop customized technology solutions.
- Security Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments and provide recommendations to improve clients posture.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship toSenior and junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and or other technology to the same industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions and maintain competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to clients and internal teams on Microsoft technologies and security best practices.

Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Must)
- Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Azure Network Engineer Associate
- Azure Stack Hub Operator Associate
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in the following technology: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical consulting, with a focus on Infra and Cloud Microsoft Technologies.
- Experience In-depth knowledge of Active Directory , SQL , Azure network , Azure Storage, Azure Backup and other related technologies.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior consultants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Experience with migration of Exchange customers to Office 365 and end to end support and troubleshooting experience of Exchange Online and Office 365 Hybrid solutions.
