Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and technical submit
  • Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submit
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve technical and design issues.
  • Ensure architectural works comply with local authority regulations, project standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Support project execution teams with technical guidance during construction activities.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor architectural work progress and quality compliance.
  • Liaise with civil, MEP, and structural teams for multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical updates and solutions.
  • Review RFIs (Requests for Information) and technical queries from site teams.
  • Monitor material selection, finishes, and installation methods to ensure quality standards are achieved.
  • Assist in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives without compromising design intent.
  • Ensure timely approvals from consultants and authorities.
  • Maintain proper technical documentation and project records.
  • Support project planning and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related Engineering field.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in contracting/construction companies.
  • Strong experience handling Civil, Residential, and Mixed-Use development projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MS Office.
  • Good understanding of construction methodologies, architectural detailing, and local building regulations.
  • Experience in coordinating with consultants and site execution teams.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
