Senior Technical Engineer Civil

Job Summary:

The Senior Technical Office Engineer is responsible for supporting both technical and business development activities by identifying potential clients and contributing to project acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel structures and fabrication, with the ability to manage technical documentation, prepare detailed shop drawings, and ensure full compliance with project specifications and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review structural steel drawings, IFC drawings, and project specifications.

2. Prepare detailed shop drawings for steel structures (connections, assemblies, fabrication drawings).

3. Coordinate with design, production, and site teams

4. Prepare MTOs, BOQs, and material submittals

5. Handle RFIs and technical queries

Requirements:

1. 7 years of experience in steel structures / Construction

2. Strong experience in Tekla Structures & AutoCAD

3. Experience in fabrication workshops is a must

4. Strong knowledge of steel detailing and connections
