Job Summary
Design, develop, optimize, and support enterprise ETL/ELT solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and/or IBM DataStage. Build scalable data pipelines across the Bank's data warehouse, data lake, and reporting platforms while ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with SAMA regulations and Alinma's internal governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica PowerCenter and/or IBM DataStage.
- Design efficient data extraction, transformation, and load processes across enterprise source systems.
- Optimize pipeline performance, SQL queries, parallelism, partitioning, and error handling.
- Implement data quality checks, reconciliation controls, and audit logging.
- Maintain data lineage, technical documentation, and deployment runbooks.
- Provide L3 support and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and regulatory reporting cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of ETL development experience in large enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IBM DataStage.
- Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 preferred).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (dimensional modeling, SCD, incremental loads).
- Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting and job schedulers such as Control-M or Autosys.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Banking or financial services experience, especially in regulatory reporting, is preferred.
