Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary:

The Senior Technical Lead (Frontend/React or Angular) will be responsible for leading a development squad to deliver features and requirements. This role involves creating and structuring documentation for large code projects concisely and consistently, reviewing code developed by the team, and building the architecture for the developed features. The Senior Technical Lead will also raise challenges to the business team beforehand, communicate with cross-functional teams, and understand technical debt as a long-term budgeting and risk management tool. Additionally, the role requires proactively seeking out gaps in technical understanding, mentoring and supporting the team, assessing development team members, providing regular feedback, and helping build development plans for all team members.

1. Lead a development squad to deliver features and requirements
2. Creates & structures documentation for large code projects concisely & consistently.
3. Review code developed by the rest of the team.

7. Understands technical debt as a long-term budgeting and risk management tool; articulates when to incur more and when to pay it down.

11. Help build development plan for all team members.
12. Helps organize and facilitate productive feedback and feedback sessions with top management.
13. Hiring of high-level calibers within Guild
14. Set technical guidelines for technology guild team members
15. Onboarding of new guild team member

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

1. 6+ years development experience.
2. Proficient of at least 2 programming languages is a plus
3. Web Security Basics
4. Excellent understanding of the platform guidelines.
5. Deep Understanding OOP and Solid principals.
6. Good understanding of system design
7. Practical experience Applying Unit Testing and Automation Testing, Snapshot and E2E testing
8. Experience in GIT, static code analysis tools
9. Knowledge of Building CI/CD pipelines
