Hassan Allam Construction is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Office Engineer Electrical to join our project team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in construction and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals for electrical systems.
- Study project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure full compliance with contract requirements.
- Coordinate with design consultants, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare method statements, technical calculations, and value engineering proposals when required.
- Support site teams with technical clarifications and construction queries.
- Review and update as-built drawings and handover documentation.
- Monitor design changes and coordinate variations with commercial and planning teams.
- Ensure electrical works comply with local authorities requirements in Dubai (DEWA, Dubai Municipality).
- Participate in technical meetings with consultants and clients.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer in infrastructure and luxury residential projects.
- Strong experience in electrical systems for luxury villas (power, lighting, low current systems, grounding, and lightning protection).
- Proven experience working on UAE or GCC projects, preferably in Dubai.
- Solid knowledge of DEWA regulations, international standards, and project specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an added advantage.
- Strong coordination, technical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
