Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Review the architectural package with structural package and ensures that there are no contradictions.
- Maintaining organized and detailed project records.
- Participates in specs and standards preparation, preparing necessary barlists.
- Preparing calculation sheets, structural workshop drawings, bill of quantities and coordination with Site.
- Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverable satisfy the construction requirements.
- Coordinate with quantity surveyors and with electromechanical team and review drawing with design package to detect any contradictions in different drawings.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job's specialty.
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil Department / Architecture / Electric / Mechanics)
- Senior Engineer: At least 7 years experience.
- Engineer: At least 5 years experience.
Knowledge and Functional Skills:
- Ability to work with teams a very dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and listening ability.
- Have a strong experience in (AutoCAD / Revit / Primavera)
- Ability to use the main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook).
- Good English command (Reading - Writing - Speaking).
