Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Senior Technical Officer. Responsibilities include overseeing technical office operations, reviewing and preparing technical designs, managing project documentation, and ensuring on-time project delivery. The Senior Technical Officer will also coordinate with multiple teams, provide technical guidance, and facilitate the resolution of construction challenges. Collaboration with various stakeholders to support project execution is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in technical design, drafting, and rendering using relevant tools.
• Proficiency in project planning, site analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Experience in project documentation, reporting, and compliance with construction standards.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and team management skills.
• Understanding of construction codes, permitting processes, and safety regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Familiarity with the Cairo construction market and relevant industry standards is a plus.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
