Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Technical Office role located in New Cairo. The Senior Technical Office professional will oversee technical aspects of projects, including reviewing designs, preparing shop drawings, and coordinating with different project teams. Responsibilities also include ensuring project timelines are met and compliance with quality standards. The role will require providing technical support to site teams and assisting in resolving any design or construction-related issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of interior design, decoration, and architectural principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative technical solutions
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and deliverables
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities for coordination with various project stakeholders
• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering
• Experience in the construction or design industry is highly desirable
