Senior Technical Office Site Engineer-Mechanical

We are highly specialized in providing end to end services for MEP contract (Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning) and this made us one of the fastest growing and promising companies in our field.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and coordinate mechanical shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, Egyptian Codes).
- Develop and validate technical submittals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and project timelines.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and site execution teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather data for schematic design and design development phases.
- Review and interpret, specifications, and client requirements to ensure accurate implementation.
- Support the testing and commissioning process by preparing documentation and providing technical guidance.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all technical office activities, drawings, and correspondence.
- Prepare and update As-Built drawings to accurately reflect actual site conditions and completed works.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is a must
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience in a technical office role within the MEP or electromechanical contracting sector is a must
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and material take-offs.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
This is a hybrid role between the site and the head office.
