Role Description

We are looking for a highly capable Technical Product Manager / Technical Product Lead with strong experience in Artificial Intelligence, software development, and product execution.

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business goals with technical delivery — a person who understands products, can work closely with developers, and has real hands-on knowledge of AI technologies, automation, machine learning, LLMs, and modern software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and growth of digital products with strong AI integration.
• Define product roadmap, features, priorities, and technical requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Evaluate and implement AI solutions including LLMs, automation tools, data workflows, and intelligent systems.
• Translate market needs into scalable technical products.
• Improve product performance using analytics, user feedback, and experimentation.
• Manage product lifecycle from idea to launch and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Lead, Technical Product Owner, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence is mandatory.
• Experience with AI tools such as:
• Generative AI
• LLMs
• AI Automation
• Machine Learning Applications
• Prompt Engineering
• AI Product Integration
• Strong technical background in coding/software development.
• Ability to understand and discuss code architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, and software systems.
• Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar.
• Strong communication, leadership, and execution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous startup or fast-growth company experience.
• Experience launching AI-powered digital products.
• Strong business mindset with technical depth.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
