Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter to join their team.

Our client is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join as the recruitment function is being built from the ground up. You will own the full cycle for a portfolio of open roles: sourcing, screen calls, coordination, offers, and closing. But because you are joining early, you will also have a genuine hand in shaping how the function operates: contributing to ATS setup, workflow design, and sourcing standards as they are established. This is a role for someone who wants to both execute and build.

You report to the Head of Recruitment and work closely with hiring managers across the business. You hold the talent bar on every role you own, and you know when to push back.

Responsibilities:

  • Running full-cycle recruitment across your role portfolio: sourcing, screen calls, interview coordination, offers, and closing
  • Building and maintaining active candidate pipelines for every assigned role, using LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound sourcing sprints
  • Conducting 30-minute screen calls to assess background, motivation, and culture fit, and selling the opportunity convincingly
  • Coordinating the interview process end-to-end: scheduling, candidate prep, and keeping the process moving without delays
  • Managing the offer process : understanding candidate motivations, surfacing blockers early, and closing with conviction
  • Contributing to building the function: ATS setup, sourcing workflow documentation, and screen call standards alongside the Head of Recruitment as they are established
  • Tracking your own pipeline metrics — conversion rates by stage and archetype — and flagging patterns to the Head of Recruitment

Requirements:

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth tech company or specialist tech agency — you have owned roles end-to-end, not just sourced or coordinated
  • A genuine instinct for what makes a great hire — you assess for potential and motivation, not just credentials, and you know the difference
  • Exceptional communication skills — you can represent the company compellingly to a senior candidate and push back on a hiring manager when the brief is weak
  • High ambition and personal accountability — you track your own numbers, know where your pipeline stands at any moment, and don't wait to be chased
  • Structured and data-driven — you run a clean process, complete scorecards immediately, and use conversion data to course-correct
  • Comfortable in an environment that isn't fully built yet — you bring order, not just execution

This is a fully remote role with the candidate set up through a B2B contract. Flexibility in working hours is needed.
