Company Overview:

Yalla Edara is hiring for a client a leading online travel platform in the Middle East that offers a full range of travel solutions, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, visa services, and more. The company is dedicated to innovation, customer satisfaction, and delivering seamless digital travel experiences.

Job Purpose

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing the recruitment process for all IT-related roles, ensuring high-quality and timely hires that align with company goals and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for all technical roles including iOS Developers, Android Developers, Backend Engineers, QA Engineers, Scrum Masters, Solutions Architects, and CX positions.

Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring criteria.

Source candidates globally through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.

Conduct structured interviews and technical screenings.

Coordinate technical assessments and feedback collection.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and Asana boards for hiring pipelines.

Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding coordination with HR operations.

Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future needs.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws during the hiring process.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment trends.

Proven experience recruiting for diverse technical roles across different seniority levels.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.).

Hands-on experience usingAsanaor similar project management tools.

Familiarity with HR systems such asKayan(is a plus).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

Cross-cultural awareness and experience working with international teams.

High attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional ethics.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience inOnline Travel Agencies (OTA)or technology-driven businesses.

Global recruitment exposure (MENA, India, Europe).

Strong negotiation skills and a consultative approach.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
