Role Description The Senior Technical Sales Engineer HVAC is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves identifying client needs, preparing technical proposals, and presenting HVAC solutions that align with customer requirements and project specifications. Daily tasks include performing site visits, coordinating with the engineering and production teams, providing technical support before and after sales, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. The Senior Technical Sales Engineer will maintain strong relationships with key accounts, track market trends, and contribute to sales forecasts and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills to analyze client requirements, prepare proposals, and drive HVAC solution sales.
- Experience in Sales and account management to build pipelines, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Technical Support capabilities to assist clients with product selection, troubleshooting, and post-installation follow-up.
- Excellent Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly, deliver presentations, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field, preferably with a focus on HVAC.
- Proven experience in HVAC systems design, application, or sales, ideally in a senior or lead role.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct field visits, and manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and relevant HVAC design or selection software.
