Overall Job Purpose: Develop and deliver advanced technical training curricula, mentor and coach trainers, and implement innovative training methodologies.

• Ensures the training workshop is maintained in a safe, clean, and organized condition.

• Reports workshop needs of tools and consumables.

• Regularly checks and reports any issues with workshop equipment, tools, and machinery.

• Performs basic maintenance tasks on equipment as required and within their skill level.

• Ensures the workshop layout facilitates effective training delivery and participant safety.

• Adheres to all HSE regulations and protocols within the training workshop. KRA 4 Coaching & Mentoring

Position Requirements Position Title:

-GB Academy Senior Technical Trainer Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience Special Certification or Training Required

- Trainer Certification Required Industry Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience Technological Requirements: Excellent command of Microsoft Suites Language Requirements: Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
