The Opportunity
Presight is seeking an experienced and highly skilled
Senior Technical Trainer to lead the design, development, and delivery of engaging technical learning experiences that enable employees, customers, and partners to successfully adopt and maximize the value of Presight's AI products, platforms, and solutions.
In this role, you will transform complex technical concepts into intuitive, learner-centric training programs, combining strong instructional design expertise with exceptional presentation and facilitation skills. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Customer Success, and UX teams, you will ensure learning content remains accurate, scalable, and aligned with evolving product capabilities while driving technical enablement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Functional
Training Strategy & Curriculum Development
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive technical training programs for internal teams, customers, implementation partners, and stakeholders.
- Build structured learning paths covering Presight products, AI solutions, platform capabilities, integrations, APIs, deployment workflows, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Develop instructor-led training, self-paced e-learning modules, onboarding programs, certification materials, workshops, and technical documentation.
- Continuously review and enhance learning programs based on product evolution, learner feedback, business priorities, and industry best practices.
Technical Content Development
- Produce high-quality technical documentation including user guides, implementation guides, knowledge articles, SOPs, process documentation, quick reference guides, FAQs, and learning resources.
- Design and deliver training programs covering Generative AI, machine learning, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled business solutions.
- Develop learning content that helps technical and business users understand AI concepts, capabilities, limitations, responsible AI principles, and practical use cases.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging educational content suitable for diverse technical audiences.
- Develop hands-on labs, practical exercises, real-world use cases, and scenario-based learning materials that reinforce knowledge retention.
- Ensure all training content remains current with product releases, feature enhancements, and platform updates.
Training Delivery & Enablement
- Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual technical training sessions for employees, customers, partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate technical workshops, product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, certification programs, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Support customer enablement initiatives to improve adoption, proficiency, and successful implementation of Presight solutions.
- Evaluate learner progress through assessments, practical exercises, and feedback mechanisms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Professional Services, Customer Success, UX, and Quality Assurance teams to understand product functionality and technical changes.
- Participate in product demonstrations, release planning, beta programs, and implementation activities to ensure learning materials accurately reflect product capabilities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical accuracy and continuously improve training effectiveness.
Learning Experience & Visual Communication
- Design visually engaging presentations, diagrams, workflows, architecture illustrations, infographics, and learning assets that simplify complex technical concepts.
- Create consistent learning templates, presentation standards, and instructional design frameworks across all training materials.
- Utilize modern content creation and presentation tools to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Training Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Establish content governance standards to ensure consistency, quality, branding, terminology, and instructional effectiveness across all learning assets.
- Measure training effectiveness through learner feedback, assessments, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve learning methodologies, delivery formats, and knowledge management practices.
- Maintain centralized repositories of technical training materials and knowledge assets.
- Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Technical Communication, Education, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in technical training, technical enablement, instructional design, technical documentation, or a similar role within software, AI, data analytics, cloud, or enterprise technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience working with AI, Generative AI, machine learning, data analytics, or intelligent automation solutions, either as a trainer, consultant, technical writer, product specialist, or enablement professional.
- Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, cloud platforms, system integrations, and enterprise applications.
- Experience creating high-quality technical documentation, presentations, and structured learning materials.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile product environments.
Preferred Skills
- Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable, with the ability to deliver training, facilitate workshops, and develop learning materials for Arabic-speaking audiences considered a strong advantage.
- Strong instructional design and adult learning methodology expertise.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex AI, analytics, and technical concepts into learner-friendly content.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and knowledge management platforms.
- Proficiency with presentation and visual design tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate learning effectiveness using metrics and learner feedback.
- Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset and passion for technical enablement.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud technologies, or enterprise SaaS platforms is highly desirable.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices including data privacy, security, transparency, bias awareness, and governance considerations.
