ASIS is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join our HRMS product team and help document enterprise-grade Attendance, Leave, Payroll, and Workforce Management systems.
This is not a user-manual role. You'll work on system-level, architectural, and rule-driven documentation that supports scalability, compliance, and long-term product quality.
What You'll Do
- Document HRMS & Attendance system architecture
- Translate complex attendance, leave, and payroll rules into clear technical documentation
- Create process flows, decision tables, and configuration guides
- Document integrations (biometric devices, APIs, scheduled files)
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams
- Ensure documentation reflects actual system behavior, not assumptions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in technical writing for HRMS / Attendance / Payroll systems
- Strong understanding of attendance rules, leave policies, and payroll impact
- Comfortable with system diagrams, APIs, and data models
- Excellent structured writing skills (tables, flows, diagrams)
- Experience with tools like Confluence, Word, Draw.io, Visio, PlantUML
Candidates without HR or workforce systems experience will not be considered.
