Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Technician position based on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Technician will be responsible for performing advanced aircraft detailing, surface treatments, and inspections to maintain the quality of private and corporate aviation fleets. This includes ensuring the use of proper products, tools, and techniques, following safety protocols, and adhering to company and regulatory standards. The Senior Technician will provide hands-on support and mentor junior team members to maintain efficiency and uphold service excellence.
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency in aircraft detailing, surface treatments, using specialized equipment, and aviation-approved tools
- Strong understanding of safety standards, industry regulations, and OEM-aligned procedures
- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior team members effectively
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to producing high-quality results
- Flexibility to work on-site and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in private or corporate aviation maintenance is desirable
- Relevant certifications or training in aircraft maintenance or detailing is an advantage
