Senior Tender Engineer ( Civil - Mechanical )

We're Hiring | Mechanical & Civil Tender Engineers

Location: Giza, Dokki | Construction Sector

We're looking for Mechanical & Civil Tender Engineers to join our team at Samman Group!

What you'll do:

• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations (RFQs)
• Prepare technical and commercial comparisons
• Coordinate with Procurement, Technical Office, and Estimation teams
• Ensure timely submission of tender documents while meeting client requirements
• Support value engineering and cost optimization during the tender stage

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in Tendering / Estimation within Construction / MEP companies
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and tender documentation
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD (knowledge of estimation software is a plus)
