Role Description The Senior Tender Executive will oversee the end-to-end tendering process for adventure construction, hospitality, and destination development projects. This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai involves identifying tender opportunities, analyzing requirements, coordinating clarifications, and preparing comprehensive technical and commercial submissions. The individual will liaise closely with engineering, design, finance, legal, procurement, and operations teams to gather accurate data, cost inputs, and project schedules. Responsibilities include managing tender documentation, tracking deadlines, ensuring compliance with client specifications and internal standards, and supporting negotiation and handover to project teams after award. The Senior Tender Executive will also contribute to bid strategies, maintain tender databases and records, and support continuous improvement in tendering tools, templates, and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tendering, bid management, or proposals within construction, infrastructure, hospitality, or destination development environments.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, specifications, and commercial terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, persuasive tender documentation and presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with tendering or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a structured approach to documentation and record-keeping.
- Sound knowledge of contracting models, procurement processes, and basic commercial and legal concepts related to tenders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Experience working on projects in the Middle East or similar markets and familiarity with local regulations and client procedures is beneficial.
