Job Purpose
Responsible for planning, designing, executing, and managing SIT/UAT testing activities for Temenos T24 Core Banking applications and related banking platforms including Lending, Payments, Trade Finance, Digital Banking, Treasury, and Financial Crime Mitigation (FCM/AML). The role ensures solution quality, regulatory compliance, business readiness, and successful delivery across banking transformation initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Participate in SIT and UAT testing activities across Temenos T24 modules.
- Design, review, and execute test scenarios and test cases based on business and functional requirements.
- Validate Core Banking processes including Deposits, Lending, General Ledger, Treasury, Trade Finance, Payments, and Teller Operations.
- Validate Temenos Digital onboarding, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), and customer journey workflows.
- Perform testing for AML, KYC, Sanctions Screening, FCM, and compliance-related processes.
- Execute integration testing involving APIs, middleware, payment gateways, SWIFT, SARIE, RTGS, and third-party systems.
- Manage defects through identification, triage, resolution tracking, retesting, and closure.
- Maintain test evidence, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), test reports, and quality documentation.
- Support UAT activities and collaborate with business stakeholders during validation and sign-off.
- Participate in test planning, risk assessment, environment readiness, and release validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal controls, audit requirements, and quality assurance standards.
- Support knowledge transfer activities and mentor junior testing team members where applicable.
- Prepare testing status reports and communicate risks, issues, and project progress to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ISTQB Certification (Foundation level or above).
- Additional certifications such as PMP, ACAMS, FRM, or banking-related certifications.
Minimum Experience
- 4+ years of software testing experience and testing experience.
- Experience in Temenos T24 or banking systems testing.
- Hands-on experience across multiple Temenos T24 modules.
