About the Job:
The Senior Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) is responsible for drive the commercial success & promotion of Stemline's current and future products to both existing and potential customers. The goals of this position are to support patients with new innovations, increase market share by expanding business in current ecosystems, develop and encourage strong customerrelationships, build brand loyalty, and to provide customer satisfaction.
It is a role with an high level of autonomy, empowerment, visibility, and the unique chance to influence how Stemline is positioned in Saudi Arabia.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic plans and build key account mapping using market intelligence and data analytics (e.g., IMS) to optimize product penetration.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with KEEs/KOLs, HCPs, pharmacists, and buyers to position the brand as a partner and drive value across the healthcare ecosystem.
- Scientific Communication: Achieve business objectives by delivering disease-state education and synthesizing clinical insights from peer-to-peer interactions.
- Patient Journey Execution: Lead tactical execution, mapping patient journeys per account to secure formulary inclusion and increase patient access.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate on forecasting, business planning, and territory management to deliver comprehensive solutions for all stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities strictly adhere to internal SOPs, company ethics, and local industry regulations.
Main Skills/Knowledge
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or life sciences.
- Experience: 2 years of experience with a proven track record within Hematology/Oncology, with demonstrated success.
- Commercial & Strategic Acumen: Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, paired with an entrepreneurial attitude and a tenacious ambition for commercial success. Ability to develop territory strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Scientific & Market Expertise: Proven interest and expertise in scientific and clinical aspects. Demonstrates an outspoken and positive attitude regarding the benefit/price aspects of innovative pharmaceutical products.
- Market Access & Reimbursement: Basic understanding of local reimbursement mechanisms, with a willingness to engage with and support centers on budget and reimbursement-related aspects.
- Soft Skills & Working Style: Excellent relationship-building, intellectual, communication, and presentation skills. Resilient, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity. Accountable and solution-oriented with a patient- and customer-centric mindset. Highly self-motivated, hands-on, and capable of acting independently.
- Work Environment: The role will be 100% field-based covering large territories, requiring a high level of travel and mobility.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.
