Job Description:

MGK Holidays is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Tour Operator (Incoming Tourism) to join our team in Cairo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound tour operations and delivering high-quality travel services to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming tourism operations and ground handling services

Design, price, and operate tour packages for international markets

Coordinate with hotels, transportation companies, guides, and suppliers

Handle reservations, confirmations, and operational follow-up

Ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction

Resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally

Support and guide junior team members when required

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in incoming tourism or tour operations

Strong knowledge of destinations, itineraries, and logistics

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines

Proficiency in MS Office and tour operation systems

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
