Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and process reservations for individual and group bookings.
- Prepare accurate quotations for clients and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers, hotels, and partners to secure competitive rates and availability.
- Ensure all reservations and quotations are recorded and updated in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee smooth trip execution.
- Support the operations manager with reporting and administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4-8 years experience in reservations, operations, or quotations within the travel industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
