Role Summary:
The Senior Trade Executive/Manager supports the Head of Reefer to drive Reefer business development and SpotON performance through market analysis, pricing optimization, and execution of trade strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Reefer Business Development & Market Growth

• Drive growth in reefer volumes, revenue, and market share across assigned trade(s).
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer segments.
• Recommend and implement initiatives to improve trade competitiveness and business performance.

SpotON Commercial Performance

• Manage and optimize SpotON pricing and quotation strategy.
• Monitor quotation performance, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with digital commercial objectives and trade strategy.

Pricing & Revenue Optimization

• Analyze market conditions, pricing trends, and demand patterns.
• Recommend pricing actions to maximize revenue and utilization.
• Support trade decisions through data-driven insights.

Trade Analysis & Performance Management

• Monitor trade performance and market developments.
• Prepare commercial dashboards, reports, and business reviews.
• Identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

• Collaborate with Sales Teams, Trade Teams, and Agency Networks to execute commercial strategies.
• Support agencies in improving commercial performance and adoption of SpotON solutions.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to achieve trade objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Experience in commercial, trade, pricing, or business development activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong commercial and business development mindset.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Strong planning, organization, and multitasking abilities.
