Senior Trade Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a Trade Marketing to plan and manage all trade marketing activities and customer loyalty programs, focusing on retailer engagement, tracking performance, and coordinating with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute trade marketing initiatives and enroll retailers into Shell promotional programs.

Track enrolled customers performance against targets and follow up on their KPIs.

Conduct regular field visits across North Upper Egypt (Minimum 1 day per week) to monitor execution.

Manage gift disbursements to winning retailers and track gift inventory.

Prepare detailed market visit reports and share insights with management and the sales team.

Coordinate with the inventory team, sales team, and the vendor (Shell) for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Support, or Channel Marketing.

Experience in FMCG, automotive lubricants, oil and gas, or distribution is highly preferred.

Strong communication, reporting, and Microsoft Excel skills.

Flexibility to travel regularly across North Upper Egypt.
