Senior Trainer - Training & Qualification

Job Purpose

Deliver driver training programs, conduct evaluations, and administer tests to ensure driver competency across multiple categories. Gather feedback, conduct surveys, and manage training related records to support performance improvement. Execute training plans, testing procedures, and compliance requirements in alignment with legislation and safety standards.

Accountabilities:

Strategy

Prepare and develop training tests for passenger transport drivers and school transport

guides.

Prepare and develop theoretical and practical training curricula aligned with legislation, safety

developments, and best practices.

Prepare, implement, and support annual professional training plans with concerned

authorities.

Develop and apply test requirements for admitting drivers into professional training

programs.

Operations

Conduct on-board evaluations of drivers for post-training and obtain customer feedback on

service quality.

Conduct surveys on driver's opinions regarding buses, running time, welfare issues, and

passenger relations.

Report administrative actions for absenteeism or violations during training programs.

Maintain ROI and audit records for training performance.

Conduct driving tests as part of the recruitment screening process.

Deliver training for taxi, limousine, school bus, and tourism vehicle drivers.

Deliver professional training courses, including foundational, supplementary, and

rehabilitation programs for public bus drivers.

Register and train passenger transport drivers in courses delivered by vocational training

institutes.

Product/Process Improvement

Measure training quality and trainer performance, identify improvement areas, and report

findings with stakeholders.

Approve training programs by internationally accredited bodies.

Analyze accident and fatality causes related to new drivers and recommend corrective

updates to training materials and curricula.

Physical Working Conditions

Field evaluations and on-board assessments required. On-site training delivery at institutes

and vehicle facilities.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma degree in education, training & development, Transportation Studies or Traffic Safety
• 3-5 years of experience
• Preferred: Trainer certification, Driving assessor certification
