Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in 10th of Ramadan & Katameya ,Nasr City for a Senior Training Specialist. The Senior Training Specialist will be responsible for analyzing training needs, designing and delivering effective training programs, and ensuring employees are equipped with necessary skills for optimal performance. This role involves creating instructional materials, evaluating the effectiveness of programs, and providing continuous support to employees through coaching and development. The Training Specialist will also collaborate with various departments to maintain quality training initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training, Training & Development, and Instructional Design
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders
• Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs
• Ability to assess training needs and develop relevant content and strategies
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills, with attention to detail
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field are an advantage
• Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing environments is a plus
