Job Description

Air Ticketing & Itinerary Fulfillment:

  • Book, issue, reissue, and refund air tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus)
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in fare calculations, route planning, and corporate policies
  • Handle flight changes, cancellations, and urgent last-minute bookings
  • Apply lowest fare search strategies while balancing client preferences

Hotel & Non-Air Services Booking:

  • Reserve hotel accommodations through B2B platforms, direct contracts, or DMCs
  • Coordinate car rentals, airport transfers, meet & assist, rail, and ferry services
  • Support group and individual visa arrangements and travel insurance where applicable
  • Confirm booking accuracy and supplier coordination

Client Communication & Request Handling:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client requests via email or phone
  • Clarify travel needs, approvals, and budget limitations where needed
  • Ensure clear and detailed communication of itinerary and confirmations
  • Provide alternate travel options if preferred ones are unavailable

Process Compliance & Documentation:

  • Maintain complete and compliant booking records in the back-office system (e.g., TINA)
  • Ensure correct usage of client profiles, approval flows, and policy tags
  • Follow SOPs related to each account and note all actions clearly in CRM

Support & Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with other internal teams (Finance, Product, Visa, MICE) as required
  • Assist colleagues during peak hours or urgent cases
  • Share feedback on system or supplier issues to improve operations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 35 years in corporate travel operations or business travel ticketing
  • Solid experience in handling both GDS ticketing and non-air travel components

Systems Knowledge:

  • Proficient in GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) ticketing, fare rules, and itinerary creation
  • Experienced in B2B hotel booking platforms (e.g., TBO, Hotelbeds)
  • Familiarity with back-office systems like TINA and CRMs like Freshdesk

Skills:

  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Knowledge of visa documentation, travel insurance, and corporate travel rules
  • Languages: Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
