This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant located in Heliopolis. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting services, handling customer service inquiries, and making reservations. The role involves daily tasks such as creating personalized itineraries, coordinating group travel plans, and ensuring client satisfaction by offering expert travel advice and assistance.

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
• Familiarity with global travel destinations is a plus
• Previous experience in the travel industry is highly desirable
