Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant, based in Cairo. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional travel consulting services, handling customer inquiries, and overseeing reservations. The role requires close collaboration with clients to ensure their travel needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Demonstrated ability to provide personalized travel solutions
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with travel and booking systems is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
