Senior Travel Consultant

Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis, responsible for managing complex travel requirements for corporate and individual clients. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on travel options, preparing detailed itineraries, handling bookings for flights, hotels, and tours, and coordinating transportation and other travel services. The role involves managing reservations systems, monitoring booking changes, and ensuring accuracy in all travel documents. The Senior Travel Consultant will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide proactive customer service before, during, and after trips. This role also contributes to optimizing travel processes, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting junior team members when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and oversee end-to-end travel programs.
• Experience handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, accommodation, tours, and transportation.
• Proven Customer Service skills with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of major GDS or travel booking systems and online reservation platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
• Prior experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar senior travel role, preferably in domestic, inbound, and outbound tourism.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
