Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi, responsible for designing and managing travel itineraries tailored to clients needs and preferences. The role includes handling reservations for tours, activities, transportation, and accommodations, as well as managing changes, cancellations, and special requests. The Senior Travel Consultant will provide proactive customer service, respond to inquiries through multiple channels, and support travelers before, during, and after their trips. In addition, this role contributes to improving internal processes, mentoring junior team members, and coordinating with local guides and partners to ensure a seamless, high-quality travel experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience as a Travel Consultant, Reservation Agent, or in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of travel planning, itinerary design, and reservation management.
• Hands-on experience with travel booking systems, GDS platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian tourism destinations, attractions, hotels, and travel services.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and client requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
