Sun Tours is seeking for a full-time experienced and dynamic Senior Travel Operation Advisor/Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can handle end-to-end travel planning, manage VIP and corporate clients, and deliver high-quality, tailor-made travel experiences.

Job Summary

The Senior Travel Operations Advisor/Officer is responsible for managing all aspects of travel arrangements, including flight reservations, hotel bookings, visas, transportation, and customer support. The role requires delivering high-quality service to corporate and leisure clients while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-       Manage client inquiries from consultation to booking confirmation 

-       Design customized travel itineraries (flights, hotels, visas, transfers, experiences) 

-       Handle flight bookings, reissues, refunds, and itinerary changes 

-       Provide expert recommendations based on client needs and travel trends 

-       Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and suppliers 

-       Ensure accuracy of all travel documents and bookings 

-       Deliver exceptional service, especially for VIP and corporate clients 

-       Process airline ticket exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

-       Coordinate with airlines, hotels, embassies, and travel suppliers.

-       Monitor booking queues and follow up on pending requests.

-       Resolve complex travel issues and provide timely solutions.

-       Ensure compliance with company policies and airline regulations.

-       Meet individual and departmental performance targets.

Requirements:

-       Bachelor's degree Hotel Management, airport Management or any relevant field.

-       Minimum 5 years of experience in travel consultancy and ticketing 

-       Strong knowledge of GDS system (Amadeus) & Galileo

-       Experience in corporate travel or luxury travel is highly preferred 

-       Proficiency in English (written, reading and conversation)

-       Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests

-       Excellent knowledge of international fare rules and airline policies.

-       Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

-       Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

-       Ability to work flexible and rotating shifts (A & B) based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

-       IATA/UFTAA certification is an advantage.

-       Experience in corporate travel management.

-       Experience with online booking tools and travel management systems.
