We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Travel Senior Specialist to join our team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This role is primarily responsible for managing corporate travel operations across the organization while serving as the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external travel partners. In addition, the role provides executive support to the General Manager's Office, ensuring smooth coordination of selected administrative priorities.
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, transportation and itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business units and external travel agencies to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Handle travel requests from multiple departments while balancing priorities and maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor travel expenditures across various departments, support budget tracking and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Resolve travel-related issues promptly while providing seamless support before, during and after travel.
- Maintain accurate travel records, reports, and documentation.
- Provide executive support to the General Manager's Office through calendar coordination, scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests and assisting with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate travel coordination, executive support, office administration, travel agencies or a similar coordination role.
- Excellent command of English (C1 level or above).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
