The IN Group are partnering with a leading multinational pharmaceutical business to appoint a Senior Treasury Manager to be based in Dubai. This is a high impact role with regional and global exposure, responsible for driving treasury strategy, optimising liquidity, and strengthening financial risk management across a complex, multi entity environment. This is not a maintenance role. The mandate is to bring structure, visibility, and control to treasury operations while supporting business growth across emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional treasury operations across the Middle East and wider emerging markets footprint
- Drive cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimisation
- Manage relationships with key banking partners, negotiate facilities, and optimise funding structures
- Oversee FX risk management, hedging strategies, and exposure analysis
- Ensure robust controls, compliance, and alignment with global treasury policies
- Support capital allocation decisions, including intercompany funding and dividend strategies
- Partner closely with Finance, Tax, and Commercial teams on strategic initiatives
- Lead treasury transformation initiatives, including systems, automation, and process improvement
- Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership on liquidity, risk, and funding
Candidate Profile
- 8 10 years of treasury experience within a multinational environment
- Background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or similarly complex, regulated sectors preferred but not essential
- Strong technical capability across cash management, FX, and corporate financing
- Proven experience managing banking relationships and negotiating credit facilities
- Exposure to emerging markets and multi-currency environments is essential
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and driving process improvements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; ACT / CFA or equivalent is advantageous
