Senior Treasury Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Specialist to manage and optimize our organization's treasury and cash operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in cash management, a solid understanding of audit and closing processes, and hands-on experience with ERP systems. Retail industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day cash management operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and bank account management (mandatory).

Oversee treasury-related aspects of month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation, reconciliations, and analysis related to treasury activities.

Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.

Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including negotiating terms and resolving banking issues.

Utilize the ERP system to process treasury transactions, generate reports, and maintain accurate financial records.

Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare periodic treasury reports and cash flow statements for management review.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3-6 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or a related finance role.

Strong, hands-on experience in cash management (mandatory).

Solid understanding of audit procedures and month-end/year-end closing processes.

Proficiency in ERP systems

Retail industry experience preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
