Key tasks and Duties:
- Coordinate and manage provision of an integrated service which will achieve 100% recycled water reuse and reduce ground water re-injection.
- Actively manage the recycled water network, identify operational improvements that will assist in providing customers with security of supply (through operational flexibility, incident management and increased use of SCADA) and improve the quality of recycled water distributed through managing the network in the most effective and efficient way possible
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the recycled water network
- Assess applications for new customer connections.
- Identify opportunities to increase security of supply for customers
- Identify opportunities to improve the quality of recycled water in distribution
- Actively manage customer complaints to ensure minimal disruption to the customers and the public
- Reduce recycled water leakage
- Assist the recycled water Account Specialists in developing new opportunities
Qualifications and Experience:
- BSc / BEng or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience with management capacity
- 15 years of experience in TSE systems networks modelling. Experience within the region would be required. Skills required are - model build calibration, optioneering and design & modelling reviews, and operational aspects
- Hands on experience on Info Works WS/ WS Pro, ArcGIS is essential
