We're seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer for one of our clients to strengthen their team.
Key responsibilities

- Own and evolve the design system, component library, UI guidelines, and related documentation; produce user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct and run user research and usability testing (qualitative and quantitative); synthesize insights and translate findings into product decisions and prioritized design changes.
- Create interactive prototypes and detailed specs using Figma (primary), Framer, Sketch, or similar tools; ensure smooth handoff to engineering.
- Translate product requirements and data into clear, accessible experiences meeting WCAG guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements, prioritize work, and ensure design integrity through implementation.
- Champion usability, accessibility, and performance trade-offs; validate designs with A/B tests and analytics.
- Mentor and provide feedback to mid/junior designers; run design critiques and paired design sessions.
- Participate in cross-functional planning, roadmap discussions, and design reviews.
Requirements
