Senior UI/UX Designer

Senior UI/UX Designer with strong experience in designing intuitive and user-centered digital solutions, collaborating closely with business and technical teams to deliver effective and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate business and functional requirements into clear and usable design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Backend, Mobile, and QA teams.
• Ensure consistency with design standards, accessibility, and usability best practices.
• Support developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and business priorities.
• Participate in design activities across the system development lifecycle (SDLC).

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong experience in user-centered design for digital products.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or similar).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance user needs with business and technical constraints.
